Transnational Project Management - Work package 2
Objectives
This work package is managed by the Lead Partner and insures the good coordination of the project, the coherence and the ongoing actions of the whole project as well as the external control.
Main Activities
- management of the project and reporting
- meetings for the co-ordination of project activities and the development of the communication tools
- establishment of the data and address banks for the communication activities
- establishment of the 5-language glossary
Outputs and Results
The final meeting of the project partners was held on 15th and 16th of November 2007 in Vallouise/France (Les Ecrins).
A feedback and presentation of the results (mainly common communication tools) to the alpine protected areas is planned in October 2008 (8th to 10th), at the occasion of the next International Conference of the Alpine Protected Areas & ALPARC General Assembly (Meeting of the APAs' managers) - Bled - Slovenia
